Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes, we have a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any
reason you are not satisfied with your box, return the box to The Russian
Firebird in the same condition it was shipped to you and you will be refunded
the full purchase price of the box. Before returning any purchase you must
first e-mail info@russianfirebird.com
and you will be sent return instructions.
How
much does shipping cost?
The Russian Firebird uses UPS to ship all packages.
Regardless of how many boxes you buy, shipping rates for shipments within the
U.S. and Canada are as follows:
UPS Ground: $5.00
UPS Second Day Air: $10.00
How soon will I receive my package?
Shipments are generally sent within two business days, and
are usually sent the next business day.
If you choose to ship your package Second Day Air you should
receive your package four business days after placing your order. If you
choose to ship your package UPS Ground please click here
to calculate the time in transit.
Do you ship
internationally?
Yes. You must first e-mail
your mailing address so that we can tell you the shipping costs. Please
understand that The Russian Firebird is not responsible for problems clearing
your package through your country's customs or for any charges your customs
department charges. Generally, UPS deals with Customs clearance, but you
should check directly with UPS to be sure.

How does your charitable contribution matching program work?
When you place your order you will receive a confirmation
page. On this page there is a brief description of The Russian Firebird
matching program and a button to push if you plan to contribute to Doctors
Without Borders in the next 30 days. If you push this button in 30 days we
will confirm with Doctors Without Borders that you have made a contribution and
will match that contribution dollar for dollar up to 25% of the purchase price
of your order.
Why doesn't your search
engine list all of your boxes?
We have two separate search engines. The search engine
that you reach by clicking on "Search
For a Box" searches all traditional Russian lacquer boxes at our
site. The other (Judaica Search) searches all Judaica boxes. Also, boxes in your shopping
cart are removed from the search engine, as the search engine lists only
available boxes.
